Wellbeing Apartment - Milan

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely apartment. the location was perfect, right on the canal in Naviglio area, and close to good restaurants. the room was cozy and comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean and well-maintained. the service provided by the host was exceptional, they were always helpful and accommodating. We also appreciated the convenience of having a supermarket nearby. it was a great experience.

That the garbage for the complex was located below the windows, and at times the smell would waft into the apartment.

Perfect location for young adults, close to bars and restaurants. Open concept living room and kitchen with small outdoor space. Comfortable bed and hot tub. Secluded feeling in the heart of the city. Helpful hosts allowing us to drop off baggage early.

The hotel's decoration was absolutely charming, with elegant touches that made me feel like I was staying in a luxurious and comfortable home. The general areas were spacious and well-maintained, providing a serene atmosphere for seniors to relax and enjoy. As a senior woman, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility, as it had ramps and handrails in the common areas, making it easy for me to navigate and ensuring my safety.

I would have asked for better assistance from the staff in catering to the specific needs of senior people. The children working there were polite, but sometimes lacked the knowledge or experience to offer the level of care and attention that would have made my vacation even more enjoyable and comfortable.

The value for money at this apartment was really good, and the room itself was clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, surrounded by great restaurants and within easy reach of popular sightseeing spots. Marco, the host, were pretty good too provide help and advice, especially when we encountered some unfortunate incidents during our trip. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again.

The only thing that could have made the morning meal better was a wider variety of options.

The apartment was amazing! It had everything we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, oven, and dishwasher, to a cozy living room with a comfortable seating area and dining space. The two bedrooms were perfect for our family, and having two bathrooms with a bidet and shower was a bonus. We loved the bed linen and towels provided, it made our stay even more comfortable. As a family with two small kids, this apartment was just perfect for us.

I personally didn't enjoy the bidet in the bathroom, but I know some people like it.

The location was perfect for us as party people - centrally located in Navigli, close to bars and restaurants, and within walking distance of most of the city. We loved the open living room and kitchen, and the small outdoor space. the master bedroom was comfortable, and the hot tub was a great addition. the hosts were accommodating and allowed us to drop off our luggage before check-in.

If I had to point out a negative aspect, it would be the cleanliness of the apartment. Although it was generally tidy, it could have been cleaner.
